Even though I had to replace my original Ibiza because of malfunctions, the replacement has worked flawlessly. I can't imagine anyone buying an Ipod over an Ibiza. To be able to completely change your music out at will for the cost of one CD a month is a no brainer. With 30GB of memory and the ability to download from the Internet with any WiFi connection is really cool. The price of the Ibiza is half the cost of a compararable Ipod and much more user friendly. The only downside to the Ibiza is the lack of accessories. There are not many MP3 players with the docking requirements of the Ibiza. It is easy enough to connect to your home stereo and have charging capabilities, though. I am really surprised how few people have heard of the Ibiza. I am telling every music freak I know. Ibiza and Rhapsody music service really rock!!!!!

This product is horrible. I strongly advise you not to buy this product. I was just like you in reading the reviews and trying to find other information on the product. I loved the idea of having all the music in my rhapsody library at my finger tips and I had wrestled with the thought of purchasing a rhapsody player for a while. Probably just like the one you'll buy, it worked great for about two weeks then came the problems. I loaded like 3000 songs and one day I was at the gym and all of a sudden it just froze up and it didn't come back on. I hit the reset button and it erased all my music. Like a dummy, I reloaded all my music back on the device over a period of time and it froze up again and I had to reset it. This time it didnt erase all my songs but I couldn't click on the songs category because when I did it froze up and I had to turn it back off and then turn it back on to get it to play again. It wouldn't show any album art work and I couldn't add any more songs to the device and it doubled every song that I had on the device so I had like 3200 songs but since it messed up, it went to 6400 songs. I had to go online and figure out how to reset the device firmware, which again erased all my music. I know it sounds like no big deal to load songs, but I'll tell you what you probably don't know if you are reading this. You do just drag and drop the songs to the device but it takes about two minutes for one song to transfer to the device so to load thousands of songs takes a while. But even after i reset the device it still continues to freeze, and Im sure I'll loose all my music again soon. The concept is awesome like i said before, but PLEASE don't buy this rhapsody player if you don't won't a headache. I read the positive and negative reviews and all that garbage before I bought this piece of crap device and I didn't listen because this thing sounds to freakn good to be true. I really have wrestled with the thought of just throwing this crap in the trash and trying another player. Buy another Rhapsody Player, don't buy this one, trust me. I really don't do product reviews, I genereally don't care, but this device has frustrated me so to the point that I really wanted to warn others about my troubles with the device. Im probablly like you, I thought to myself, well I may luck up and get a good one because the people who wrote bad things probably just got bad ones. There all bad, dont buy this product you'll regret it.

 Was really looking for more internet radio capabilityJan 09, 2010
This particular product did not fit what I was looking for, and I returned it. The Rhapsody features and the FM radio seemed okay, but I was looking for an internet radio that would rival what I currently get from the Grace internet radio that I have. I just wanted the mobility of a portable radio to listen to my favorite radio stations (esp., K-LOVE) in the range of my home WiFi.

I have had several brands of MP3 players in the past, but this one is the best, by far! I love the bluetooth ability and the direct link to [...]. I would suggest this product that aready uses rhapsody, or someone who is concidering using rhapsody.

So the long and the short of it is that this is a GREAT player for the money. I would recommend it (and have) to my friends and family.
Pros:
HUGE memory
Wi-Fi enabled
User Friendly
Rhapsody ready
Video, Pics, Audiobooks and Webcast friendly
Nice display
Sturdy
Cons:
Not expandable
Cannot Delete on the fly
Cases/Carry Options are limited
Sound seems distorted when I hook up to car stero
Charge & Earphones are on opposite ends
Overall IMHO this is an awesome product for the price. I'd love to see more case options...only have the one that came with it and I don't wear pockets alot so I have to carry it in my hand around the office which can be cumbersome. I'd LOVE it if they could make an update that allows me to delete material on the fly, but with 30 gig I'm not really worried about running out of space. I bought this because I'm a Rhapsody fan and it was recommended on their site, and I've been pretty happy with it. Hope this helps!
